"Very comfortable to sleep on, the mattress is soft and clean. I really like the pillows; they support well without causing neck pain and I sleep soundly. The staff are polite, charming, and provide excellent service with cheerful smiles. They even upgraded my room. I can request drinking water anytime without the limit of just two bottles. This is very, very good! The location is excellent, right in the heart of the food district. I've stayed twice and have been impressed every time. Centara's standard ❤️"

"I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the amenities were excellent. The staff were always helpful and welcoming. The location was also great, close to restaurants and attractions. Highly recommend!"

"I had a good experience staying at Centara Hotel Hat Yai. The location is very convenient, near shopping malls, markets, and local food. Everything was within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out were smooth. My room was clean and comfortable, and the Wi-Fi worked well. Overall, it’s a nice and comfortable hotel in the city center. Worth the price and I would stay here again!"
